For probably the first time ever, I followed up on a Facebook advert that had an offer code in. Placed an order for a mixed case of 24, that worked out at £1 per beer and free delivery. The beers have just arrived, very quick delivery, very happy.

There's a reason why of a 3rd of all their customer post negative reviews, that's because they are truly shockingbusiness. Mispacked my order with half the order missing, very slow to respond in replying to an email, phone line constantly jammed with ummmm well they can't be happy punters and still no refund.Do yourselves a favor and buy beer from someone else, you have been warned.

Absolutely brilliant service on each order! Everything has been delivered on time and even early like our pre order of a new perfect draft was delivered on 15th when it wasn't expected until the 20th! Never had any problems with delivery from Yodel either. Could not recommend enough!

And..........still waiting. Disgusting treatment of customers. I’ve purchased a beer machine that can’t be used because beer hawk won’t credit tokens I’ve earned. Next stop trading standards.

I rang to enquire as to where my beer tokens were as I’d returned some kegs on 24th Nov & received a tracking update on 26th Nov telling me they’d been successfully delivered, however after being on hold for 90mins I had to stop my call for an appointment. I rang later to be told they’re sorry but really busy. Don’t think they’ll be busy with any of my future business as I’ll probably be getting a Blade from BeerWulf after this rubbish service !!!
